Cancellation Policy
We get it—plans change. To keep things fair for everyone, here's how cancellations and no-shows are handled at Blackout: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will be charged 30% of the booking total. No-shows (missed sessions without notice) are non-refundable, but you'll receive a gift card equal to your session value to use another time. This policy helps us stay mobile, keep sessions running smoothly, and continue bringing the rage to you. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time (and your fellow ragers’).
